Title: Understanding the Enneagram and Leadership

Description: How can understanding the enneagram help you lead a school building? This is a two-part Lunch and Learn series. Jan 5 and Jan 26, 12:00- 1:15 pm. Understanding the 9- core personality types will help you gain an understanding of your own traits and tendencies. This core essence remains with you throughout your life. Additionally, gaining an understanding of other’s behavioral patterns can assist in decision making and understanding of your staff and community. Join us on this journey

Cheryl Zigrang brings over 30 years of experience in teaching and administration to Edjacent. She has held various leadership positions throughout her career, and her passion has been mentoring and working with other educators as they walk through life.

With a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, vast life experiences, and connections with all aspects of the educational community, she brings unique thoughts, ideas, and perspective to coaching for excellence and sustained success.

Currently, Cheryl is a certified Life Coach and is helping individual clients, small groups, and organizations to uncover their needs and find the most effective ways to move forward in order to live their best lives at home and work.

Krista Arnold Headshot

Krista Arnold is a veteran educator with 38 years of experience in education. She has held various leadership positions including 18 years as a principal and director of elementary education. Krista took over the role of Executive Director of Virginia Association of Elementary School Principals in 2021. Her passion continues to be working with school leaders across the Commonwealth of Va.
